Penalties for overdue Avon League team fees

Hi.

There are a few clubs that have still not paid their league fees and some are, you'd have to say, very overdue.

It is a requirement of entry into our leagues that clubs pay their league fees and it's not fair on all those that do if they don't.

So... we have applied a 10 point penatly to all the teams for the clubs who have not paid yet but we will remove them if payment is recieved by the end of November. If not paid by then they will stay on for the rest of the league and will be re-applied to the same teams for the Spring league if not paid before that league starts.
